What's Changing
Order Either Menu, Wherever You're Seated
Uncorked and Apothecary — both under the same ownership — now run on one shared point-of-sale system. In practice, that means guests seated at Uncorked can order from Apothecary's full bourbon and full bar menu, and guests seated at Apothecary can order from Uncorked's curated wine list and lite snack menu. Same great rooms, more flexibility, no extra steps.

The One Thing to Remember
Your Tab Follows You
Open a tab at Uncorked, and it's still open when you step next door to Apothecary — add to it, or close it out, wherever your evening ends. One tab for your entire night, across both rooms.
What's Not Changing
Two Distinct Venues, Unchanged
This is about shared access between two places you already love — not a rebrand of either one. Each venue keeps its own name, character, and atmosphere.
Still Uncorked
The tasting room, the story-driven wine experience, self-pour wine on tap, and the Historic Dublin charm you know — all exactly the same. You'll simply also be able to order from Apothecary's bourbon and full bar while you're here.
Still Apothecary
The historic sanctuary, curated bourbon and cigar selection, and quiet, private atmosphere remain unchanged — bourbon inside the historic cabin, cigars still reserved for the backyard patio. You'll simply also be able to order from Uncorked's food & wine list while you're here.
